Dear friends,
Mateusz Drozdowski is 15 years old and has been suffering cystic fibrosis since he was born.
His health problem was discovered when he was 7.
Cystic fibrosis is incurable, genetically predetermined, chronic illness and a range of pathological
symptoms accompany it. This kind of disease seriously damages respiratory and digestive systems therefore,
the treatment requires specialized, complex and expensive medicines, highly caloric diet and physiotherapy.
The boy and his family are aware of the fact that he is going to die prematurely. The only source of income in Mateusz’s
family is his parent’s little farm and nursing allowance up to 153zl. They can not afford various medications and
rehabilitation equipment, that would make the boy’s life longer and easier.
We would like to ask you for any help in our struggle for Mateusz’s longer and better-off life.
